How do you ship items? How fast will I receive my order?
We use USPS to ship all of our products. I strive to get your card orders out within 2 business days. Bags, totes and mugs ship are made to order and could take up to 5 business days after order is placed to ship out during our busier times. All orders will get tracking info as soon as possible. 

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to the US and Canada because of high costs to ship elsewhere. In the future we hope to offer up our products worldwide as we are always working towards finding reasonable shipping solutions. 

Do you offer wholesale?

What kind of paper do you use? 
We use only 100% post-consumer FSC certified paper milled in the USA. Our kraft envelopes are also 100% recycled and each card is packaged in a compostable clearbag. Operating a business that has low environmental impact is very important to us and we are always striving to do better. 

Where are you located?
We are located in Leelanau County - the pinkie of Northern lower Michigan. Out of our workspace we design, print, package and ship all our cards. We use printers around the USA to print and fulfill our other products. 

How are the cards made?
Everything starts as a sketch and are always inspired by my relationships with friends, family and the outdoors. After I finalize the illustrations and lettering, I digitally color them. I still do all the printing myself using Epson archival inks in my studio in Northern Michigan. 

Do you do custom work?
I don't always have the ability to take on custom jobs anymore but please email me if you want to work with Compass Paper Co on something special. Please note I do not offer customization of existing cards. 

Did something go wrong with your order?
On the off chance your order arrived damaged or you mistakenly received the wrong items, you will receive a replacement ASAP. Please contact us at annie@compasspaperco.com if something goes wrong! We do not accept returns or issue refunds on items unless there the items were damaged. 

What's your privacy policy?
Compass Paper Co will never share, sell or distribute your contact or transaction information to any third party. The information we collect is only used as necessary to contact you about your order. Transactions on our site are secure and your credit card information is never stored.
